\nThe grapes were carefully harvested and selected. The maceration is of an average length and lasts from 10 to 12 days. The wine is then stored in steel tanks for refinement until the month of March. Thereafter occurs a rearrangement in large barrels.<\/p>\n
\nColour: a brilliant ruby red with pleasant violet reflections.
\nAroma: a pleasant freshness with hints of red fruits.
\nTaste: complex, very harmonious and with a unique smoothness.<\/p>\n
